Since every piece is hand-finished in small batches, orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days, and delivered within 5-8 working days depending on your location.
We offer a 7-day easy exchange window from the date of delivery. If a piece isn't right for you, write to us at subkuchh.contact@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help you exchange it.
Because each piece is handmade, slight variation in colour, pattern placement, or grain from the product photos is normal and isn't considered a defect.
Hand wash using a gentle soap in cold water. Avoid wringing — press out excess water and reshape while damp. Air dry away from direct sunlight to keep colours vibrant.
