Every piece we sell is handcrafted in small batches. Because of this, slight variation in colour, pattern placement, or grain between the product photos and the piece you receive is normal — it's a feature of handmade work, not a defect. We try to photograph and describe products as accurately as possible.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice. We try to keep stock information accurate, but in rare cases a product may sell out before your order is confirmed — if that happens, we'll contact you to offer a refund or an alternative.
We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment via PhonePe (UPI/cards). Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once your order is confirmed. Online payments are processed securely by PhonePe — we do not store your card or UPI details.
We ship pan-India. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days and delivered within 5-8 working days, depending on your location. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
We offer a 7-day easy exchange window from the date of delivery. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for how to request one.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
